Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and sustain quality management processes to improve operational processes and reduce operating costs.
- Manage the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with international certification bodies, including ISO.
- Lead site quality team functions, including incoming inspection, customer feedback, and supplier quality assessments.
- Assess and analyze operational performance to identify and eliminate waste and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or a closely related field.
- Effective communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in quality assurance systems in a manufacturing environment.
