BDO Canada is seeking a skilled Dayforce Integration Specialist to join our team. This role requires experience in implementing Ceridian Dayforce and working with XML/XSLT.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to implement Dayforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Participate in all phases of the Dayforce implementation, including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post-Go-Live.
  • Collect, design, and document, build, test, and deploy technical integrations utilizing XML/XSLT.
  • Assist clients with populating, loading, and validating data conversion templates for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other related data elements.
  • Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green.
  • Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
  • Identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share internally and with Ceridian.
  • Complete new release training as needed and be an expert on Ceridian Dayforce.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, preferably with Dayforce or similar solutions like UKG or ADP.
  • Deep proficiency with XML/XSLT and experience with Data Conversion tools/processes (ETLV).
  • High level of proficiency creating HR, Payroll, Benefits 834 or Cobra files using XML/XSLT methodology.
  • Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
  • Relationship management and consulting acumen – asking the right questions to design the right solution.
  • Ceridian Integration and Ceridian Data Conversion Certification is an asset.
  • Understanding and developing relational databases & SQL is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, articulate, and able to engage audiences.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
