WSAudiology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Manage client schedules and appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Educate clients on our services and products, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and events, promoting WSAudiology's brand and services.
- Assist clinical team members with administrative tasks and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel for work-related events and marketing engagements.
