Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Ontario INC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
- Merchandising: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, conduct performance reviews, supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
