Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Draw up production schedules.
  • Train staff.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, and standing for extended periods.
