Job Summary:

Porsche Cars Canada is seeking an Aftersales Intern to support our Product Quality, Customer Commitments, and Technical Training teams. As an Aftersales Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the Manager, Product Quality & E-Performance, assisting with training activities and reports, and aiding the Manager, External Affairs & Customer Relations. You will also analyze PCL After Sales PPN space and develop an action plan for enhanced utilization, oversee special tool inventory, and generate PRMS reports to create KPIs for product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Manager, Product Quality & E-Performance
- Assist the Manager, Technical Training with training activities and reports
- Aid the Manager, External Affairs & Customer Relations
- Analyze PCL After Sales PPN space and develop an action plan for enhanced utilization
- Oversee special tool inventory, create and maintain an inventory tracking tool
- Generate PRMS reports to create KPIs for product quality

Requirements:
- Recent graduate or current student earning a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
- Basic understanding of dealership functions, parts, and service operations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, and Adobe
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Strong multitasking skills, managing several activities at once
- Commitment to continuous development and learning opportunities
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to speak French is preferred
- German language proficiency is an asset
