We are seeking a skilled Armed Driver, Cash Transport to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our cash logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of valuables for our clients.

Your Mission:

As an Armed Driver, Cash Transport, you will work in various roles such as Driver/Guard, Team Leader, and Vault Teller. You will be responsible for managing and transporting cash and valuables for our clients. We are looking for candidates who enjoy teamwork, challenges, and are looking to be autonomous in their work.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly wage between $22.05 and $27.89 depending on the assignment
  • A night shift bonus of $0.85 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pickups and deliveries of cash and valuables safely and efficiently
  • Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers
  • Follow established routes and schedules closely
  • Drive an armored vehicle and maintain road safety at all times
  • Load and unload the armored vehicle
  • Reload or perform minor repairs on ATMs from various financial institutions
  • Dispatch and organize packages in the vault
  • Complete daily reports and paperwork
  • Respect procedures and regulations initiated by GardaWorld
  • Carry a firearm during the performance of duties

Requirements:

  • Possess a restricted and non-restricted Federal Firearms License (RPAL)
  • Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years (class 5 minimum) with a maximum of 3 demerit points
  • Be capable of lifting loads up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
  • Be available to work on call a minimum of 2 days a week for day, evening, nights, or weekend shifts
  • Be comfortable in both French and English languages
  • Be reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance
  • Have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage stressful situations
  • Be highly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure and tight timelines
