Operations Manager

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Manage and develop a team of manufacturing and operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost standards, and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Maintenance, Engineering, and QA, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or operations leadership, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Sound computer skills, with experience in ERP systems and other manufacturing software.
- College diploma or university degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations leadership, with a strong track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
