Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the site, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to manufacturing and operational staff.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
