Job Title: Corporate Director, Data Management

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for education and training? Do you have a vision for innovative programs that drive growth and development? We're seeking a Corporate Director, Data Management to join our team at Sheridan College.

About the Role

As a Corporate Director, Data Management, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge professional learning and corporate training programs. You will work closely with our Executive Director to design and implement programs that cater to the career and lifelong learning needs of part-time students, employers, industry, non-profits, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of professional learning and corporate training programs
  • Design and implement programs that meet the needs of learners, employers, and community partners
  • Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, communications, and academic departments to harmonize programming and align marketing and enrolment strategies
  • Provide academic leadership and management to part-time instructors, coordinators, and support staff
  • Oversee the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of all continuing and professional learning academic programming
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in education and training, as well as experience in program development and implementation. You should have excellent collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to understand the training and educational needs of learners, employers, and community partners. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
