Job Title: Corporate Director, Data Management

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for education and training? Do you have a proven track record of designing and implementing cutting-edge professional learning and corporate training programs? We are seeking a Corporate Director, Data Management to join our team at Sheridan College.

About the Role

The Corporate Director, Data Management will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative programs that cater to the career and lifelong learning needs of part-time students, employers, industry, non-profits, and the broader community. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing cutting-edge professional learning and corporate training programs
  • Leading enrolment and resource planning to ensure the best instructors and curriculum are in place
  • Creating impactful programs, corporate/contract training, and professional learning curricula that drive success and growth
  • Providing academic leadership and management to part-time instructors, coordinators, and support staff
  • Overseeing the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of all continuing and professional learning academic programming

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An MBA, MEd, MSC or other Master's level as related to program cluster
  • ~7 years of experience related to education, training, and/or professional development
  • ~ Knowledge of the post-secondary and corporate training market as well as adult education
  • Teaching and learning for adults or working professionals
  • Business administration and management
