Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Store 267 Dynamite Crossiron Mills. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our store by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers, and optimizing inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Optimize inventory management, including shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment
- Manage the inventory and ensure that it is accurately tracked and reported
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and industry developments
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high levels of attention and service
