Job Summary:

As a Team Lead at Groupe Dynamite Inc., you will play a vital role in promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store
- Optimize inventory management
- Increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
- Passion for fashion & customer-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
