About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement and Display: Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visually appealing and effective store displays.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with the ability to travel to various locations.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Internet, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Willing to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, and a team player.
