Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visually appealing displays
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring efficient and effective logistics
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; willingness to learn and train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, with mileage paid by employer
Work Environment:

Our Retail Merchandiser will work in an urban area, with various locations and a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
