Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization, making strategic decisions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring we achieve our business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring we have the right structure in place to drive business growth.
  • Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring we maintain a strong reputation.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote our business and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Accessibility: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure an inclusive work environment for all employees.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, and indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
