About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingston & Brock. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of clinicians and various stakeholders
  • Participate in case conferences and case management
  • Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students

Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists

  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling, and meet reporting deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
