We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems, as well as painting and drywall repair.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
- Paint and repair drywall as needed
- Work with minimal supervision

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Ability to work on site with minimal supervision

Work Environment

- Work will be completed at the physical location of the hotel, with no option to work remotely
- Work setting will be in a hotel, motel, or resort environment

Additional Information

- Work conditions and physical capabilities will include bending, crouching, and kneeling
