About the Position:
We are committed to providing exceptional education for all students, regardless of their background. As an Indigenous Education Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culturally responsive programs and services that promote Indigenous student success. Your expertise will help create opportunities for our students to connect with their heritage and build a sense of belonging.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver cultural competency training for teachers and staff
- Collaborate with community organizations to provide Indigenous-focused programs and resources
- Support student leadership initiatives and cultural events
- Assist with curriculum development to incorporate Indigenous perspectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
What We Offer:
