Job Summary

JSI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering and Operations groups, you will be responsible for integrating multiple systems and technologies to ensure seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical integration plans for customer deployments.
  • Collaborate with Production and PMO teams to ensure accurate documentation and application of custom components.
  • Manage technical issue documentation and prioritization.
  • Install and configure hardware components, including servers, switches, storage appliances, and firewalls.
  • Configure and install JSI-developed software solutions and third-party software components.
  • Perform initial diagnostics and testing of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Utilize resources to repair product issues during build and installation.
  • Report and escalate technical issues to the appropriate support team.
  • Provide timely solutions to build and sustain a positive rapport with clients.
  • Update comprehensive trip report dashboard daily to identify problem areas.

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent.
  • Established ability with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, and permissions in a distributed environment.
  • Excellent applied creativity and innovation.
  • A team player – able to share, mentor, work with both internal and external teams.
  • Eligible for top-secret level security clearance.

Preferred Technical Experience

  • Windows Operating Systems (W2K8/W2K12/W2K16/Win7/Win10).
  • Linux OS (preferably CentOS).
  • Active Directory, Group Policy.
  • Networking configuration from AD/OS perspective.
  • IIS, Certificates, PowerShell.
  • VMware.
