We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Boston Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, supervise and check the assembly of trays, and ensure the delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
