- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network functionality.
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to meet business requirements.
- Provide exceptional problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring software to optimize server performance and ensure data security.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field.
