Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at WESTGATE TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Perform general office duties
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Provide customer service
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
