Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Clerk to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring the smooth flow of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving documents.
  • Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in our system.
  • Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no-shows, and unscheduled arrivals.
  • Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Enter data into our warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
  • Scan and file all BOL and receipts.
  • Billing charges.
Requirements
  • Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; fluent in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
  • Must be comfortable with various noise levels.
  • Health and safety as a priority.
