Supply Chain Director

At The RFT Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Director to lead our end-to-end supply network with a relentless focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Value.
This is a unique opportunity to integrate the needs and perspectives of different functions and business units, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver for patients and achieve enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of managers to develop and maintain the end-to-end Network Supply Plans for assigned Alkermes products.
- Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Supply Planning process, including the Monthly Supply Review meeting.
- Ensure risk-based inventory management strategies are defined, justified, and endorsed for materials and implemented across the nodes of the end-to-end network.
- Prepare strategic 'what-if' product scenario analysis to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and improve planning systems for current and future commercial products.
- Coordinate development of the 5-Year Units plan for all products assigned.
- Develop, maintain, and improve processes to assure timely delivery of materials.
- Responsible for supply chain KPI's reporting, analysis, and improvement for the products assigned.
- Lead budget and quarterly Flash update processes for Commercial Supply Chain.
- Execute the purchasing function for External Operations in line with department procedures and procurement policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years' work experience, or a Master's in a Supply Chain or Business related field and 9+ years' work experience.
- Technical Expertise Impacts areas beyond operational function.
- Drives performance and accepts accountability for department outcome.
- Translates concepts into accountable action plans and drives implementation.
- Acts as a positive change agent, influencing and implementing improvements that drive performance excellence.
- Navigates organizational culture, change, and direction issues.
- Decision Making Demonstrates situational leadership and creative problem-solving with an impact beyond own function.
- Interacts frequently with other departments, peer group managers, senior management, cross-functional teams, and external parties.
- Communication Communicates effectively by tailoring messages appropriately for senior leadership as well as internal and external audiences.
