We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vaghela Enterprises Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
- Tabulate total payment for goods or services required
- Receive payment for goods or services
- Suggestive selling and upselling opportunities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
- Participate in promotional activities and events
- Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Flexibility and adaptability
