Job Title: Rebar Reinforcement Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Rebar Reinforcement Specialist to join our team at HM Royal Steel Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication and construction team, you will be responsible for installing reinforcing steel in concrete structures, ensuring the integrity and durability of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Install reinforcing steel in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures;

  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms;

  • Signal crane operators to position units according to blueprints;

  • Inspect or test structures and equipment for deterioration, defects or failure to comply with specifications or regulations;

  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications;

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience;

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;

  • Willingness to travel;

  • Travel expenses paid by employer.

Working Conditions:

  • Outdoors;

  • Dangerous;

  • At heights;

  • Noisy;

  • Cold/refrigerated;

  • Hot;

  • Wet/damp.
