We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Rogers Communications.

About the Role:

  • Drive positive customer interactions and experiences by working closely with accountable leaders.
  • Lead and coach your team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and meet business goals.
  • Pursue ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and support the team.
  • Contribute to store operations with creative solutions that adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Represent Rogers & Fido brands, including the Rogers Mastercard, and promote them effectively.
  • Engage and grow your customer base through personalized communication and outreach via phone calls and business text messaging.
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.

Requirements:
