We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spruce Grove Grill & Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
