This role involves overseeing the company's corporate records, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and handling corporate governance matters. The successful candidate will prepare and maintain documentation for board meetings, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation for board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Assist in implementing corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Liaise with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000-$120,000 depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location.
