**Position Overview**:Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial excellence? As a Finance Manager at Canada CarMatcher, you will support the efforts of our Sales and Finance departments, ensuring both customer satisfaction and the financial success of our dealership. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of customer service, maximize financial offerings, and protect the legal and financial welfare of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions specializing in subprime and prime financing.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers.
- Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the financing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing terms or agreements.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Support the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success through our financial products and services.
- Maintain and develop excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products offered.
- Communicate with banks and lenders to maximize the offerings approved by financial institutions.
- Collect stipulations required by banks for funding.
- Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
- Increase brand awareness through multiple sources such as customer calls, inter
- Perform administrative duties as required by the department.
- In-house financing for deals and closing the deal
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Sales, dealership finance, or related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a financial management role, ideally in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $36,483.27-$135,460.83 per year
