Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sports Medicine Physician to join our team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sports medicine, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including consultations, referrals, and private billing services
- Mentorship with our medical team to support clinical practice and build a sustainable caseload
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropodists
- Participate in teaching opportunities with University of Toronto's Family Medical Residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
- Current CPSO registration and CASEM Diploma Certification (or working toward certification)
- Strong passion for sports medicine and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
