Overview

Royal Bee White Oaks is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who can drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and optimize store operations. If you have a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve their goals, provide coaching and training to improve skills and knowledge, and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention, to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management software.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
