Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at BHAVANI (CANADA) CORPORATION. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that our product offerings are aligned with customer demand and market trends.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The Assistant Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing retail environment.
