Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bhavani (Canada) Corporation. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to determine consumer demand and optimize store inventory.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
