Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Randstad Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or communications
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software
What We Offer:
  • $70,000-$80,000/Year depending on experience
