Sofa By Fancy Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality upholstered furniture. We are seeking an experienced production manager to oversee our upholstery and sewing operations.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be responsible for coordinating work activities with other departments, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and preparing production reports.

In this role, you will also be expected to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, supervise and train staff, and requisition materials and equipment as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of **$45,000 - $55,000 per year**, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills
