We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at MTY Tiki Ming Enterprise Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods and walking
