Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
- Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
- Implement life skills workshops and provide individualized support
- Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
- Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers involved with clients
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
- Cultural Awareness Training and Medication Administration Certificate
