Job Description

CADY LINES LTD is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and manuals to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines to meet production targets.
  • Determine weldability of materials and select appropriate welding processes to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Fluency in English language.
