Role and Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships between support groups and manufacturing cells to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient operations.
- Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Participate in health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Evaluate and analyze method times to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the work of various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical support to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
Your Qualifications:
- Collegial diploma in a related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with a good understanding of manufacturing principles.
- Proficient reading skills and understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Leadership and team spirit.
- Process management and improvement skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bilingual spoken and written.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and work experience at CAE, an asset.
- Knowledge and practical experience of problem-solving methods and tools.
