Role and Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships between support groups and manufacturing cells to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient operations.
  • Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Participate in health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Evaluate and analyze method times to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate the work of various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical support to the management team to inform strategic decisions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Collegial diploma in a related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with a good understanding of manufacturing principles.
  • Proficient reading skills and understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Leadership and team spirit.
  • Process management and improvement skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and work experience at CAE, an asset.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of problem-solving methods and tools.
