Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 2820534 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: Ensure all staff members receive adequate training and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
- Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, and willing to relocate for this position.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
