Job Title: Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Globe Facilities Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the facilities management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including preparing and distributing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, providing regular updates to the facilities management team.
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing timely and effective support.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
