Key Responsibilities

  2. Lead all government relations and public affairs initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, with a mandate to shape policy and regulatory frameworks in favor of our business.

  4. Oversee the creation, maintenance, and strategic deployment of all marketing collateral, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the most effective tools to engage and convert clients.

  6. Ensure that all marketing and public affairs activities strictly adhere to relevant regulations and legal requirements, including organizational policies and standards related to environmental, health, and safety.
  7. Lead by example to drive the team toward achieving strategic goals and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Affairs, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in senior marketing and public affairs roles, with a strong understanding of federal and state/local political environments.
  3. Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, site development platforms, major social media channels, and Google Analytics.
  5. Deep understanding of the U.S. and Canadian political, social, environmental, and media landscapes, with a proven ability to navigate and influence these arenas effectively.

Between 20-30% of travel is required in this position.
