Job Summary

Bizmatics Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to provide financial support to our division. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with both finance and operational teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with business units on problem accounts
  • Collaborate with the collections department to resolve customer billing issues
  • Provide timely responses to customer and employee inquiries
  • Prepare information required for month-end reconciliations
  • Reconcile other accounts as needed

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in a finance role; fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
