About the Role

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for assisting our certified Rehabilitation Specialists in implementing rehabilitation plans, providing input into treatment plans, and working collaboratively with clients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of rehabilitation plans and programs under the direction of certified Rehabilitation Specialists;">
  • Provide input into treatment plans and assist in monitoring and evaluating client progress;">
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes;">
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client data and documentation;">
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment;">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A post-secondary education in a related field, such as Occupational or Physical Therapy Assistant, Social Work, or a similar discipline;">
  • Prior experience working with individuals with vision loss or other disabilities is an asset;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment;">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;">
  • A clean Criminal Record Check;">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
