IT Configuration Management Expert

As a senior IT configuration management advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and development of Desjardins Group's CMDB repository. You will apply governance rules and policies to create trees, services, and applications, drawing on your ability to model information and your IT knowledge. You will lead practitioners on development projects and innovative, complex strategic initiatives, including updates, stability, quality assurance, and post-correction maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to produce service trees.
  • Conduct studies and analyses to support controls and operations.
  • Make recommendations and write reports.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate complex problem resolution.
  • Produce and maintain documentation on the use of tools on various media and host meetings with the user community.
  • Create and support continuous improvement initiatives for operations and governance.
  • Represent your unit before decision-making bodies within the organization.

  • Knowledge of entity-relationship models.
