Women's Support Services Advocate

As an Intervention Support Worker at Caedm, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality support to women with complex needs
  • Assessing women's needs and developing individualized plans to address these needs
  • Providing crisis management and advocacy services as needed
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive support services

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Services (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with adults with complex issues
  • First aid certification
  • Proficient with computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check issued by RCMP or City Police
  • Child Intervention Record Check
