Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Goose Bay, NL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our passengers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with all aspects of their travel, including booking, check-in, and boarding processes.
- Ensure the safe movement of passengers to and from our aircraft, providing extra assistance when required.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives to enhance the passenger experience.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of flights and customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting related to flight operations.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure a positive customer experience from origin to destination.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the airline industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Ability to speak French is an asset.
