Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at YMCA BC Hudson's Hope. As a key member of our child care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and creative programming to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct care and supervision to children in our child care programs
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with families and colleagues
* Assist in planning and implementing a consistent child-centred program
* Work collaboratively with staff to deliver a high-quality program based on the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum
* Adhere to all Child Care Licensing Regulations and YMCA Child Protection Policies

Qualifications:

* Current and valid Early Childhood Educator License to Practice
* Three satisfactory professional references and experience working with children in a child care/recreational setting
* Current child care First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain and Satisfactory Criminal Record and Clear Vulnerable Sector Search
